1. Delete your account in the app
Open Account → Settings → Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and your account is closed straight away.
2. Delete your account by email
If you cannot sign in, email info@onehubng.com from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you registered with, and ask us to delete your account. We confirm it is you and reply within two working days.
3. What is deleted
Your profile, listings, shop, contact details, saved drafts and verification documents are removed. Your name is replaced with "Deleted user" in past conversations.
4. What we keep
We keep payment records for as long as the law requires, and information needed to handle an open dispute or lawful request until it is resolved. See our Privacy Policy at onehubng.com/policies/privacy.
