1. OneHub does not ship products
OneHub is not a seller, warehouse, or fulfillment center. We do not store, handle, package, or deliver any products listed on our platform.
2. How delivery works
Buyers and vendors agree on delivery directly. Common options are:
- Pickup: the buyer collects the item from the vendor and inspects it before paying.
- Buyer's dispatch: the buyer sends their own rider or driver to collect, inspect, and pay on their behalf.
- Vendor's dispatch: the vendor delivers the item, and the buyer inspects it and pays on delivery.
3. Delivery costs and timelines
Delivery costs, timelines, and responsibilities are agreed between the buyer and vendor. OneHub does not set, guarantee, or enforce delivery times or fees.
4. Transport providers
Drivers and transport operators listed on OneHub are independent providers. Terms and prices are agreed directly between them and the person hiring them.
5. Inspection
Buyers are strongly advised to inspect items before paying. OneHub verifies the identity of vendors, but is not responsible for the condition, quality, or delivery of items.
