Age requirement
OneHub is for users aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you confirm your date of birth when you register. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be closed.
1. Using OneHub
OneHub connects buyers, sellers, professionals, drivers, landlords and employers. You must provide accurate account and listing information.
2. Direct deals
OneHub does not hold deal payments or take commission. Users agree terms directly and may complete a deal by pickup, buyer-arranged dispatch or seller-arranged dispatch. Inspect goods and confirm identity before paying.
3. Listings and review
Listings and provider profiles may be reviewed, rejected, hidden or removed when they are misleading, unsafe, illegal or violate these terms.
4. Paid features
Annual plans and Boost placements begin after payment approval. Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund & Dispute Policy at onehubng.com/policies/refunds-disputes. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a profile goes live, except for duplicate or mistaken charges.
5. Your account
Keep your password private and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
6. Conduct
Fraud, harassment, counterfeit goods, stolen property, impersonation and deceptive listings are prohibited.
7. Liability
OneHub provides the platform and is not the seller, employer or service provider in user-to-user arrangements. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the current version here. Questions can be sent to info@onehubng.com.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith by email at info@onehubng.com. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be submitted to the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. OneHub is operated by ONEHUBNG LIMITED (RC 9886052), a company registered in Nigeria.
