1. About OneHub
OneHub (onehubng.com) is an online marketplace in Nigeria that connects buyers with verified sellers, professionals, service providers, landlords, agents, farmers, and transport operators. Buyers and vendors deal directly with each other. OneHub does not sell goods, provide the listed services, or process payments between users.
2. Who may use OneHub
Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information, including a valid NIN. Each person may hold only one account unless OneHub approves otherwise.
3. Prohibited items and services
Users may not list, sell, advertise, or request:
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or prescription medicines sold without proper licensing
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or other weapons
- Stolen, counterfeit, or fake goods, including fake documents, certificates, or IDs
- Adult or sexual content or services
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or any service involving minors in harmful ways
- Protected wildlife or animal products banned under Nigerian law
- Unlicensed gambling, betting, lotteries, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or "investment" schemes promising fixed returns
- Unlicensed financial or foreign exchange services
- Hazardous materials without the required permits
- Anything else illegal under Nigerian law
4. Prohibited conduct
Users may not:
- Create fake accounts or impersonate another person or business
- Claim a professional title, license, or qualification they do not hold
- Post false, misleading, or duplicate listings, including properties that do not exist or are no longer available
- Collect inspection, agency, or other fees for property or services they have no right to offer
- Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Send spam or unsolicited promotions
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or interfere with the platform
- Use OneHub to commit or facilitate fraud of any kind
5. Vendor responsibilities
Vendors must provide accurate information about themselves, their listings, prices, and conditions; keep listings up to date; honour agreements made with buyers; and comply with all laws and licensing requirements applicable to their business or profession.
6. Enforcement
OneHub may remove listings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who break this policy, without refund of fees already paid. Where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, OneHub may share relevant account information with law enforcement upon lawful request.
7. Reporting
Users can report listings or accounts through the "Report" option in the app, or by emailing info@onehubng.com. Every report is reviewed by our admin team.
