1. Joining
Joining as a referrer, field agent, coordinator or partner is free. You never pay OneHub to hold a role.
2. When you earn
You earn only when someone you referred completes their first paid, approved registration. Renewals and recruiting agents do not earn commission.
3. Holding period
New commissions are held for seven days before they reach your wallet. If the payment is refunded, reversed or found to be fraudulent, the commission is cancelled or reversed.
4. Referral codes
A referral code can be added only before the person's first plan payment.
5. No cash collection
You and your agents never collect cash from customers. Customers pay OneHub directly.
6. Withdrawals
Your wallet holds referral earnings only. Withdrawals start at ₦500, need your identity and bank details checked, and are approved by the OneHub finance team.
7. Honest conduct
Describe OneHub honestly. No false promises of earnings or services. You will not see customers' ID numbers, documents, bank details or full phone numbers.
8. Changes and removal
Rates can change for future registrations and you will be told first. OneHub may suspend or remove a role for misconduct, fraud or breach of these terms.
