OneHub is operated by OneHubNG Limited (RC 9886052). Vendors complete identity verification before receiving verified status. Additional checks depend on the selected account type.
Identity and live face check
All vendors provide an accepted identity and complete a guided live face check. NIN uses the 11-digit number; driver's licence and voter's card options require a document image.
Account-specific checks
Companies and institutions provide CAC details. Licensed professionals provide current practising licence details. Student sellers provide student evidence. Checks that do not apply to an account type are not required.
Listing review
Identity verification is separate from listing review. New listings and edits may be reviewed before publication.
Meaning of Verified
Verified means OneHub completed the checks required for that account type. It is not a guarantee of quality, price, delivery or future conduct.
Maintaining verification
Verification may be reviewed or removed if details expire, change or are found to be false. To appeal or request your verification record, contact info@onehubng.com.
